Admissions

As per the admissions policy, QCA does not allocate seats to students on a “first come, first served” basis. We offer limited seats each year and the admissions committee evaluates each application in a comprehensive manner step-by-step manner in order to ensure fairness, maintain an optimal student-teacher ration and most importantly to determine if QCA has the needed services to support and serve the student best.

Admissions

Admission applications for the new school year are open and will officially close on March 1st, 2026. Please note that admissions may close earlier if all seats are filled. We are excited to start this process and look forward to getting to know you and your students further InshaAllah.     Admissions for SY 2026-2027 Officially Open For the convenience of the families, QCA offers two testing dates in January.

    January 24, 2026 (10:00 am – 12:00 pm) (Remote Testing is not an option at any time.)

    January 31st, 2026 (10:00 am – 12:00 pm) (Remote Testing is not an option at any time.)

How to Apply?

Application Process

As per the admissions policy, QCA does not allocate seats to students on a “first come, first served” basis. The admissions committee evaluates each application in a comprehensive step-by-step manner based on the criteria listed below:

Evaluation Criteria

  • QCA Academic Entrance Tests
  • Mandatory Parent Meeting with Administration
  • Mandatory Student Interview with the Admissions Committee
  • Academic transcripts, Standardized test scores

Admissions Decision

  • Evaluation of the listed criteria leads to a ranked list
  • Email notifications are sent to parents based on available seats in each grade

Ranked Wait Pool

  • Remaining qualified students placed in the pool
  • Notified based on ranking if space becomes available

Wait Pool Consideration Period

  • Qualified waitlisted students are considered until the first two weeks of school in August

  • Thank you for your interest in Qalam Collegiate Academy. We welcome you to begin your application for the 2024- 2025 school year.
